As the shipping industry underwent transformative changes, we positioned ourselves as pioneers in on-demand services, initially supported by a small group of loyal customers. Recognizing the growing demand for services to harder-to-reach regions in Africa and South America, we developed a service profile tailored to these areas and established a reliable forwarding network.
Focusing on consolidation services and oversize cargo in the UK-to-Latin America market, we expanded our operations to Mexico and Brazil, capitalizing on the growth spurred by global trade deals. Our expertise in oversize cargo services and our emphasis on safe handling have earned us a solid reputation with container carriers seeking specialized equipment.
Over the years, we have witnessed the consolidation of forwarding companies into global giants and container lines forming alliances and engaging in mergers. Political and economic shifts have also influenced the industry, with a surge in demand for heavier cargoes as European factories shifted towards more profitable engineering outputs. In response to these trends, we have continued to adapt and evolve, maintaining our relevance and reliability in an ever-changing market.
Today, we are known for our diverse cargo handling capabilities and our support for general cargo and Ro-Ro vessels. We advocate for investment in staff and capacity for Breakbulk cargoes, as container carriers increasingly accommodate such shipments.
