AGI Global Logistics partners with Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics
AGI Global Logistics, a UK-based freight forwarder, has entered into a new partnership with Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics (SSL), a Swedish logistics company. The partnership is aimed at bolstering and expanding AGI’s freight and logistics services in the Scandinavian market. The collaboration, confirmed to Air Cargo News by AGI, will focus on multimodal transportation.
Jesse Ramirez, a director at AGI Immingham office, expressed enthusiasm about the new partnership, stating that it will enhance their offerings to clients in the UK-SE-UK market. He mentioned that the partnership will enable them to provide a wider range of services, including in-house customs formalities handling for smoother and quicker deliveries. Ramirez also mentioned AGI’s plans to introduce new services in Sweden and throughout Scandinavia.
Johan Ignell, managing director of Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics, shared his excitement about the strategic partnership, emphasizing the alignment of core values around excellent customer service. He sees this collaboration as an opportunity to drive growth for both businesses in Scandinavia.
In addition to airfreight, road freight, and sea freight solutions, AGI offers customs clearance, import/export documentation, and storage services. The company has offices in the UK, Amsterdam, and Oslo. This new partnership with SSL marks a significant step forward for AGI in expanding their services and presence in the Scandinavian market.
